Modernized internal + customer-facing tools.

CaddieNow is a company all about preserving the tradition of golf by keeping caddying alive. Their goal is to provide the right technology to clubs, caddies, and golfers so everything from booking to payment is as easy as possible.

Established their branding

Before coming on board, CaddieNow had no brand guidelines or design systems in place. I worked closely with the C-Suite to create a design system for them using Adobe XD.

The style guide was exported and shared out with those in the company to ensure brand consistency.

Admin + customer-facing tools

There were many redundancies and very little branding incorporated into their tools -- fonts were inconsistent, everything was mainly black and white blocks, and common patterns were not used.

There were three different ways a booking could be created -- their default Dashboard view, a Drag Drop view, and a completely different form on their Bookings tab.

Implemented Updates

I updated the way bookings were made and managed on their Club Management tool, created golfer profile pages for the club, and designed their caddie ratings that were sent out to golfers after their loops/sessions.
